1 (Makes 2 tbsp)



Good For:

Salad, Marinade


  • 2 tsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 1/4 tsp dried basil (or other herbs)
  • 2 tsp water
  • a pinch of sea salt
  • a pinch of freshly ground black pepper

Combine all ingredients in a jar or container.

Close the lid and shake for a few seconds to combine.
